Relieving

  • 15 days prior notice is required for relieving a team member
  • In case of performance issues and after the third documented escalation, a team member can be relieved within a day and a replacement candidate will be identified

Indicative Cost

First a rough effort estimate for the agreed project scope is shared along with a technical proposal. If the project is estimated at 3 man months or higher, then we need QA, PM as well on the project.

So the average cost per man month of developments varies per project. This cost includes QA, PM and Part time architect.

Fixed Cost

If we say the project effort is 6 man months.

The people involved will be graphic designer, developers, architect, Scrum Master and QA.
